What is the collection process?

Arranging the collection

Collections can be arranged over the phone or by email. Our friendly admin staff will work with you to arrange a suitable time and date for the collection and send over a calendar and collections form for you to confirm and sign.

On the day

On the day of collection, our driver/s will arrive and collect your equipment and ask you to sign the prepared waste note required for all WEEE collections.

On completion

Once the collection is complete, you will receive a copy of the waste note along with a full asset report and data destruction certificate confirming all data has been destroyed.

Your obligations

The asset report and data destruction certificate is a legal document that must be kept on file for a minimum of 3 years, for compliance with WEEE regulations.

Our working process typically involves four steps, beginning from the moment we have liaised with our on-site contact:

1

Collection - this is assessed individually.

2

Asset auditing - WEEE is arranged into assigned areas and processed.

3

Repair/Refurbishment (including Data Removal) - asset tag removal, refurbishment of WEEE and data destruction

4

Resale/Recycling

The best way to recycle is to reuse...

That's our motto!
