We just wanted to say a huge thank you for your donations of laptops, iPad, and televisions which we have distributed in our community to families suffering severe financial hardship.

It’s hard to put into words the difference your donations have made. Some of our families tell us it means the world “just to feel like everyone else”.  Children have told us what a huge difference a laptop or iPad makes to their ability to keep up with school studies and homework.

North Manchester is one of the most deprived communities in the UK and we are extremely grateful to you and your business for helping to support families who otherwise would have no means of accessing items like this.

You have made a huge difference to our families – more than we can say in words.

Dear Nigel & Liz,

I just wanted to send a letter of thanks for the support you are offering the work and skills team with their digital library initiative. The refurbishment of our donated laptops will make a huge difference to residents looking to improve their digital skills and will make great strides in reducing the digital divide that exists across our borough. Devices are loaned or gifted to residents who cannot afford devices of their own. They are used to gain qualifications, connect with family and friends or sometimes just to watch a film or play a game. Our team offer skills support and in some cases data so that an individual can get online safely and confidently. Your refurbishment support allows us to support more residents with more devices so thank you.

I should also thank you for the excellent TV you donated for one of our Pioneers, she is thrilled to receive it.

I look forward to continuing the partnership we have developed.
